Managing Multiple Warehouses

If your business operates in multiple locations, you can set up multiple warehouses in NoteX.

To transfer stock between warehouses:

• Navigate to Inventory > Internal Transfers.
• Select the Source Warehouse and Destination Warehouse.
• Add the items and quantities you wish to transfer.
• Submit the transfer for approval (if workflow is enabled).

The system will automatically track items in transit and update stock ledgers immediately upon receipt.
